End of an Era 1: Term is Coming!

Image
Hello again everyone, and welcome to the second post of my End of an Era series, which is all about my final year at university. It may still be August, and there is over a month to go yet until the start of term, but there is already a lot on my mind. DISSERTATION (S) For those who aren’t aware, this is the big final assignment project without which I cannot graduate, and is going to take up the entire year. Usually, students will have to complete one of these essays, of around 12,000 words to submit at the end of the year. Welcome to the second post of this month of daily posts, and to the second picture in this challenge. PICTURE 2: MY 2016 I have already spoken in many posts about this project before, so today is both a reminder about the project and why it is so important to me. In fact, it was over a month into 2015 when I started one of my own, but I am so glad I did. It has ended up having such a massively positive impact on my life. If I am feeling low, I can remind myself that I have achieved so much already this year, and I feel instantly motivated and happier, all simply by h

Hello everyone, and welcome to the first post of my “Daily Picture Challenge” which will run throughout August. PICTURE 1: Keep Believing! I always sign off on my posts with these two words, but I’ve never really explained why. A few years back, I was reading an article on the web, and found something about a man who had lived by two letters as his life motto – KB (Keep Believing). He stated that these words, often shortened to two simple letters had guided him throughout his whole life, inspiring him and spurring him on to keep striving and being successful, even when things were not easy. Upon reading this, I realised that this was something I liked and could relate to. Since that day, I have used these two words to push myself forward and get through all of the bad times, reminding myself that anything is possible as long as I keep believing in it. It is such a positive message and can apply to every aspect of my life in ways both big and small. When I sta
